Crispy, Creamy, Dreamy Salmon Wrap

A light and flavorful wrap filled with tender grilled salmon, crisp fresh vegetables, and a creamy lemon-herb sauce, all rolled in a softly toasted tortilla. It’s fresh, slightly smoky, and nicely balanced between richness and crunch — perfect for a healthy lunch or casual meal.

Ingredients
(Serves 2)

Salmon
200–250 g fresh salmon fillet
Salt & pepper
1–2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
Optional: pinch of dill or parsley

Creamy Sauce
2 tbsp Greek yogurt + 1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
Salt & pepper
Fresh dill or chives (optional)
Filling
2 large tortillas / wraps
1 small carrot, julienned
¼ cucumber, thin strips
2–3 tbsp shredded red cabbage
Mixed salad leaves or lettuce
Optional: avocado slices

Instructions

Cook the Salmon
Season salmon with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Pan-sear on medium heat 3–4 min per side until just cooked.
Let cool slightly, then slice into strips.

Make the Sauce
Mix yogurt/mayo, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper, and herbs.

Assemble
Warm tortillas briefly in a pan.
Spread sauce in the center.
Add lettuce, carrot, cucumber, cabbage.
Place salmon on top.
Drizzle extra sauce.

Roll
Fold bottom up, sides in, then roll tightly.

Optional Grill Finish
Toast the wrap in a dry pan or grill for 1–2 minutes for those nice brown marks.
