Finished with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and green onions, it’s a perfect harmony of Asian-inspired flavors with a gourmet twist.

Ingredients

400g pork tenderloin, thinly sliced.
3 tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce
2 tablespoons Brandy
1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced.
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated.
1 small onion, sliced.
1 red bell pepper, sliced.
100g snap peas or green beans
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (slurry, to thicken sauce if needed)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Green onion, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

Marinate the pork:
Toss the sliced pork with 1 tablespoon of PB Farm Organic Teriyaki Sauce and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.

Stir-fry the pork:
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned and almost cooked through. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the vegetables:
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and sliced onions. Stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the bell pepper and snap peas (or green beans) and continue stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Combine and glaze:
Return the pork to the skillet, then pour in the remaining 2 tablespoons of PB Farm Organic Teriyaki Sauce, 2 tablespoons PB Brandy, and 1 tablespoon PB Farm Organic Rice Vinegar.
Stir everything together, allowing the sauce to coat the pork and vegetables.
If the sauce is too thin, stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Garnish and serve:
Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve immediately with steamed rice or noodles.

Remark:
The brandy adds a rich, aromatic flavor to the Teriyaki Sauce that elevates the dish to something special.

Rosé (Dry) Chile
This crisp Chilean Rosé lifts the dish with refreshing acidity and red berry notes, harmonizing with the bell pepper and snap peas while softening the sweetness of the brandy-teriyaki sauce.
